**NOTICE
• The dirty kitchen outside the rooms is for clients who want to cook their own food. Cooking gas is available for PhP 750.00,
from check-in to check out
• Videoke use is PhP 1,200.00 (7:00 AM - 10:00 PM), a negotiable rate.
• All room accommodation rates are inclusive of:

• Other charges:
° Extra Bed: PhP 350.00 per set (1 foam, 1 pillow, 1 blanket)
° Extra Occupant (exceeds max capacity): PhP 250.00/head
• Discounts and packages:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
in this terms and conditions, the words "JCBC" refer to Jun and Carol Beach Cottages and the words "the client" or "the clients" refer to the client or clients with closed agreement to Jun and Carol Beach Cottages upon confirmation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Reservation/Confirmation
° A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of total bill is required upon confirmation of reservation.
• Expected Time of Arrival
° If the expected arrival time of the clients is more than 4 hours after the standard check-in time of 01:00 PM (13:00), they should
notify the JCBC Management in advance. Especially during peak season, JCBC reserves the right to cancel clients' reservations if
there is no communication from them within 2 hours after the check-in time. In this case, JCBC cannot guarantee that a room will be available upon
the clients' late arrival. This it is best that clients advise the JCBC Management as early as possible if they would be arriving late.
• Cancellation, Rescheduling and Forfeiture of Deposit
° NO CHARGES shall be imposed for any cancellation or change of dates which is done
EARLIER than a week before clients' expected arrival at JCBC
° Total charges amounting to 50% of the deposit shall be imposed for the cancellation made 6 or 5 days prior to the dates reserved.
° FULL DEPOSIT shall be FORFEITED for cancellation made below 5 days before the dates reserved and for NO SHOW on arrival date.
° In cases that the clients showed up on the reserved date and time but abruptly decided not to check in, FULL DEPOSIT shall also be FORFEITED.
